Sweet Tea Omelets

3 egg omelets stuffed with:

  • Hickory smoked bacon

  • Ham

  • Sausage

  • Ortega green chilis

  • Homefries cooked to order

  • Topped with cheddar or pepperjack cheese

  • Served with fresh homemade biscuits and honey
